TrainMaster.pro launches a multilingual online press office

Journalism tools with sports coaches and athletes in the background

The new newsroom brings together verified company information, press releases, media assets, journalist preferences, targeted distribution and coverage monitoring. Available in English and Polish, the platform has been designed to support additional markets, languages and communications teams as TrainMaster.pro grows.

TrainMaster.pro has launched its official online press office at media.trainmaster.pro, giving journalists a single source for current announcements, company information, approved founder biographies, downloadable assets and direct media contacts.

The press office has been developed for journalists and editors covering sport, the fitness industry, coaching businesses, technology, startups, business and female entrepreneurship. It combines a public newsroom with a protected editorial workspace used to manage releases, media contacts, distribution and coverage in one system.

Materials are currently published in English and Polish.

One reliable source for media materials

The press office replaces information scattered across emails, folders and separate documents with one continuously updated source. Journalists can access:

  • press releases in English and Polish,
  • verified information about TrainMaster.pro and its founders,
  • downloadable photographs, logos and media kits,
  • usage and credit information for visual assets,
  • direct contacts for comments, interviews and additional information,
  • links to related releases and their corresponding language versions.

We have set up a press office as part of TrainMaster.pro’s communications infrastructure. From now on, we have a single hub for all approved media materials in the form of a modern platform that can support new languages, markets and teams as the company grows. Thanks to our new, structured press service, we can offer information of interest to various editorial teams in a clear layout, whilst the technology allows us to organise and automate the distribution process.

  • business and finance,
  • sport,
  • sports organisations,
  • trainers and the fitness industry,
  • sports education,
  • technology and startups,
  • women in business and female founders.

Designed for new markets, languages and teams

The press office currently operates as part of TrainMaster.pro’s global newsroom in English and Polish. Its structure has been designed to enable it to serve additional markets as the company grows.

For each future market, TrainMaster.pro will be able to define the relevant countries, languages, time zone, sender details and communications team within the same platform. Press releases, media relations, campaigns and press coverage will be organised separately for each market without the need to set up a new press office from scratch.

Role-based access also allows responsibilities to be divided amongst company owners, editors, analysts and external PR partners. This will facilitate collaboration with local teams and agencies, whilst maintaining editorial control by the management team.

Some people believe that you should dress for the role you wish to fulfil. We take a similar approach to TrainMaster.pro’s communication. Just because the company is only just getting started doesn’t mean its tools should be designed solely for today’s scale. We firmly believe in the platform’s success, which is why, from the very start, we’ve been building solutions ready for new markets, languages and teams, with the quality we’d expect from the best international organisations. We don’t need corporate bureaucracy today, but we do need a foundation that won’t have to be rebuilt from scratch in the near future. Our approach could be described as a ‘dress for success’ strategy, because right from the start we want to prepare the brand for the challenges of scaling up to our target size in the global market.

Follow TrainMaster.pro as the story develops

Journalists, partners and others following TrainMaster.pro can also find the company on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. These channels complement the press office with updates on product development, the beta programme and the founders’ work.

A journalist working on a story about coaches, sport, technology or the fitness market should not have to spend time establishing which version of a company fact is current. We created one place for approved materials and a straightforward way to tell us which subjects matter to each newsroom. Our aim is to send less, but make every update more relevant.
